2 DAYS, 3 NIGHTS | NORTHERN CALIFORNIA | SEPTEMBER 10-13, 2023
REIGN Retreat is a restorative, luxe, and transformative experience for driven, diverse, and dynamic women who are ready to live deeply fulfilling, abundant, and meaningful lives and leave the burnout and overwhelm behind.
*We use an inclusive definition of “woman” and “female” and we will welcome anyone who identifies as such.
Get away with other driven women so you can calibrate your energy, clarify your mission, and gain community with others who are hungry to find flow in their lives.
re·treat /rəˈtrēt/
a quiet or secluded place in which one can rest and relax.
Similar: refuge haven resort sanctuary
We’re dynamic, ambitious women who do a lot. A LOT. And sometimes we just need some space. Space to rest and be pampered. To hear from thought leaders. To vibe and connect with other women. To eat, drink, and dance. To spend time outside. To equip ourselves with tools, resources, and practices. To be coached and counseled.
A haven. A refuge. A sanctuary.
You need a retreat.

Women - especially women from marginalized communities - do all kinds of labor that goes unacknowledged and uncompensated.
We put enormous care, love, and work into our homes, families, workplaces, and communities – all while shouldering the burden of systemic biases. This retreat will support women to shift how we lead on a day-to-day basis, to demand that our energy, time, and thought-leadership are valued and compensated, and to design lives that feel in balance and in alignment with our purpose.

The Return on Investment
For those of you who need to sell your workplaces, families, and communities on co-sponsoring (or fully sponsoring) this experience for you:
At Work
REIGN serves as a partner to workplaces, offering the support needed to ensure women team members don’t burn out and have what they need to stay over the long-term.
Research shows that women, especially women from marginalized communities, continue to face major barriers as they strive to reach and then stay in leadership roles across sectors [1].
They are among the most stressed employees globally and they are leaving in droves citing lack of support to balance the demands at home [2].
Tools, practices, and mindset work to learn how to hold boundaries and treat energy as a valuable resource
Increased confidence
Removing mental roadblocks
A network of peer advisors and mentors to turn to for support and advice
Executive coaching
All of which will support you in your journey to live up to your leadership potential.
Here is a one-pager you can provide to your workplace on the business case for your participation in this retreat.
Home
All of the above supports your presence at home with your family and friends and creates an infrastructure to prioritize each realm as needed
Systems to track and manage household duties so they feel manageable vs. overwhelming
